RETURNS 

All Strand purchases are final sale only. This includes gift cards. If you have an issue, please email info@strandsbysharna.com

SHIPPING 

We offer free shipping on retail orders over $100. 

As soon as your shipping tag is issued, you will receive a notification with the tracking information. The estimated shipping time is usually 2-5 business days, but it may vary depending on your location. We do not guarantee shipping times. 

Canada Post is the shipping carrier when sending out your parcels.

PICK UP IN TOROTO (GTA)

We offer the option to pick-up your package at our Strand Showroom (saving all shipping costs).

Parking is available for free.

How to arrange: select 'Toronto pick up' at checkout.  Once you have paid for your products, we will email you to arrange pick-up timing.  We always do our best to provide several options and accommodate your timing.  If you have further questions, please email info@strandsbysharna.com

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

For support with international shipping outside of Canada, you can send us your order via email and we’ll get back to you within 1-2 days with the shipping cost.  Please email info@strandsbysharna.com
